The Superman Swirls custom mini is a unique, one of a kind resin marker that is a hand crafted by professional disc golfer, resin artist, and kombucha brewmaster Lauren Butler.
The Superman Swirls mini is made with a genuine collectible DC Comic USPS postage stamp enclosed in the center.
Each individual resin mini is uniquely created by Lauren with a mixture of chemistry and color using resin and alcohol inks. When the ink moves through the resin it seems to have a mind of its own, you never know what kind of result you will get until you pull them out of the mold.
Most resin minis have 2-4 layers, if you look at one through the side you can get lost in the movement of the color! Each resin mini takes anywhere from 32-48 hours from start to finish.
The art of resin is a slow and touchy process but with the right amount of patience is turns into a exciting, colorful experiment and meditation retreat for Lauren while she enjoys some of her favorite tunes and steady ground out of the van.
The Small Custom Mini is about 7cm diameter (just less than 3 inches) and about 1-2 cm in width.
The Large Custom Mini is about 10cm diameter (just less than 4 inches) and about 1-2 cm in width.
